Brandonna flew in from her latest working vacation to grace my lens.
It’s been a while since I’ve been back to Atlanta, and I’m definitely missing it. But every day I’m practicing gratitude for the life I’m living these days. Each day more exciting and unreal than the day before.
It's not necessary to fear the prospect of failure but to be determined not to fail. - Jimmy Carter
I can’t for the life of me figure out where all my Halloween candy has gone already. 🤭
It’s my moms birthday. Wishing her a Happy Birthday from across the country. There are a ton of things that have changed in the last decade. I bounced around from Atlanta to Jacksonville, back to Atlanta, and then to LA. I feel at home here finally. I’ve met my man and now I’m working on my career. Testaments to keeping on. Here’s to keeping on. Hope everyone has a Happy Day.
It’s National Boss’ Day, y’all and I think we should chat about it. The reality is I’m my own boss (and my own secretary and my own errand runner, and on and on). Being my own boss is the reason I left the 9-5 corporate grind to pursue the path I’m on now, as a photographer. It’s been a tough two years, but I’m on my path and it feels great. And since I love any reason to celebrate, I’m taking the gang out for a surprise lunch on me, knowing I couldn’t be a ‘boss’ without me. Happy Boss’ Day to me. You’re the absolute bestest to work for!
